A warm welcome to relAI’s fifth cohort!
On 15 October, the relAI community came together to welcome our new PhD and MSc students at relAI Welcome Day 2026.
The day kicked off with an introduction by relAI Director Prof. Dr. Stephan Günnemann, followed by an overview of the program’s administrative and curricular details from the relAI Management Team.
In the afternoon, a lively, interactive networking session gave students a chance to get to know one another and discover more about relAI. A big thank you to student representative Somayeh Mahmoudi and first-cohort student Mohamed Amine Ketata for leading the session!
The conversations continued over dinner, with more relAI students and fellows joining to welcome the new cohort and exchange scientific ideas.
