We are proud to announce that our relAI Director, Prof. Gitta Kutyniok, has been elected a member of acatech – the National Academy of Science and Engineering.
Founded in 2002 and established as the German Academy of Science and Engineering in 2008, acatech independently represents the interests of Germany’s technical sciences, both nationally and internationally, guided by the common good. As a working academy, it advises policymakers and the public on forward-looking issues in the technical sciences and technology policy.
This is a significant recognition of Prof. Kutyniok’s leadership. We are confident that her mathematical perspective will make an invaluable contribution to acatech’s work.
