Clara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Statistics from LMU Munich. She continued her academic journey at LMU, starting as a PhD student at the Social Data Science and AI Lab. In her research, she examines the societal impact and fairness of algorithmic decision-making systems. In particular, systems that may have a direct impact on women and refugees. Her goal is to use data science for social good.
