Ruben obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics with a minor in Computer Science at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. During his Master’s studies in Statistics at the same university, he spent a year at the University of Copenhagen at the Department of Mathematical Sciences.

For several years already, he is employed as a teaching assistant for undergraduate statistics and mathematics lectures at various departments. Further, he is a scholarship holder of the Friedrich Ebert Academic Foundation and since September 2022, he is a Master Fellow of the TUM-LMU Konrad Zuse School of Excellence in reliable AI.
