Since his school years, Ivan has been passionate about mathematics and computer science, enthusiastically studying these fields and participating in competitions. He is particularly interested in applying fundamental mathematical knowledge to machine learning problems in order to better understand how models work, many of which remain somewhat black boxes for us. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and is currently continuing his education in this field. In mathematics, he finds probability theory and graph theory especially fascinating. These areas are widely applicable in the realm of AI, allowing on work on aspects such as model evaluation, responsibility, and safety.
