Course Overview

Advancing technologization, generations Y and Z and many other factors are turning the world of work upside down. More than ever, interdisciplinary and effective communication skills are needed to remain successful in this rapid process of change. This applies to science as well as to industry and business. Finding creative solutions, the drive to create and entrepreneurial initiative are decisive factors here.

Training Concept

  • Providing insight into the special skills of entrepreneurs. Using examples, we will jointly derive which entrepreneurial skills are important both as an employee and as a founder.
  • With the help of practical exercises, participants become aware of their own skills and develop them further.
  • The focus of the training is on concrete action through interactive projects and collaboration. Practical input rounds off the training.
  • The participants are trained and accompanied by an experienced trainer.

Course Content

The first part of the workshop is a deep dive into the background of an entrepreneurial mindset:

  • What are key factors of successful entrepreneurs and what can we learn from them?
  • How can each individual develop these skills, and where are they right now?

The second part deals with mental models that can support participants in their entrepreneurial endeavors or provide a guide for
their future path
